●In election with simple majority ....
Candidate with highest votes wins

●In election with absolute majority ...
Candidate with more than half plus one of the votes wins ....

Absolute Election : it is a election in which majority means half the voters plus one
Simple Election : it is a election in which majority means more voters in favor than against
Difference between Simple & Absolute Election : Two kinds of majority ( simple & absolute) is that some parties may be willing and abstain to allow a simple majority to be reached in the second votes.
