What is the difference between agree and disagree and to what extent you agree or disagree?

To agree simply means to harmonize in opinion,statement or action or to concur with something and disagree means to not have the same opinion or idea about something while to what extent you agree means to support certain claim or statement with certain evidence or facts and to what extent you disagree means to oppose  a certain claim or statement using valid facts or evidence
