Alchemy :
Alchemy wasn't a branch of science when it was begun in it's early days in African, Asian and European countries; rather it was a method which included transmutation (changing the base metals into noble metals), creating elixir of immorality, medicine to cure any diseases, etc. Alchemy had a great impact on Psychology, Literature and medicines.
Chemistry :
Chemistry is a branch of science which deals with the physical and chemical properties of elements, natural substances, compounds, formation of different objects, structural behaviours, observing reactions and studying uses of compounds, etc.

- Alchemy was based more on experimentation and had little basis in science. Chemistry utilizes both experimentation and scientific practices. Modern chemistry basically relies on scientific theories and experimental results, but the alchemy was a blend of myths, religion, magic, astrology, philosophy, and spirituality....
