paramaceim- walk with thin hair like structure known as fladgela

AMOEBA: 1-Amoeba moves with the help of pseudopodia.
                2-amoeba has a single nucleus.
                3-
Amoeba is capable of changing its body shape(it does not have a definite                        shape)
                4-Amoeba does not have a definite mouth.
PARAMECIUM: 1-
 Paramecium moves with the help of cilia.  
                        2-Paramecium has 2 nuclei.
                        3-Paramecium has a definite slipper like shape.
                        4- Paramecium has a definite mouth through which food is ingested.
