What is the difference between Amphibians and Mammals. Give one example of each.

1) Mammals are warm-blooded

2) Mammals give birth to fully formed babies.

3) Mammals live on land or in water.

Amphibians,

1) Amphibians are cold blooded and found in cold climates.

2) They hibernate during the winter months. Their offspring hatch out of eggs.

3) They live in water as well as on land. They breathe with the help of gills, lungs, the lining if the mouth or a combination of these.

Amphibians are cool blooded while mammals are warm blooded

Mammals have hairs on their skin while amphibians have bar skin
