Amplification
Amplification means increasing or enlarging the magnitude (of vibration) of a particular phenomenon.
For example, when we are amplifying a wave signal we are actually increasing its amplitude.
Modulation
Modulation is the process of varying one or more properties of a high frequency carrier signal, with respect to the message signal. Different types of modulation are: amplitude modulation (AM), frequency modulation (FM) and phase modulation (PM).

Amplification is the process of rising the strength of the signal. It gives the maximum gain and stabilise the voltage levels of the output. while the modulation is the mixing of a higher frequency signal with the modulating signal to avoid the noise and to make the modulating signal travel longer distance
