What is the difference between an educated mother and illiterate mother

Im a bit confused about your question. Motherhood doesnt really factor into the question of “educated" and “illiterate".

An educated person has an education and schooling. An illiterate person cannot read — which does not necessarily mean that they have no education, just that they are lacking in literacy. Nor does literacy mean that a person is educated, merely that they learned to read. Granted, depending upon where you are in the world and your lot in life, literacy may be considered highly educated
