What is the difference between 'animal cell' and 'plant cell' ?

ANSWER:-

PLANT CELL:

1.Plant cells are larger in size.

2.Cell wall is present.

3.Plastids are present.

4.Golgi apparatus(dictyosomes)are present and are scattered in the cytoplasm.

5.A large vacuole is present and fills most of the space of cell

6.Centrosomes are absent

ANIMAL CELL:-

1.Animal cells are smaller than plant cells

2.Cell wall is absent.

3.Plastids are absent

4.They have golgi bodies and are mostly present near the nucleus.

5.Vacuoles are present but they are in very small size

6.Centrosomes are present.
