Interferons are group of proteins that are formed by host cell in response to the presence of viruses. Virus infected cells releases interferons to protect the nearby cells from viral infection.
Antibodies are group of proteins produced by plasma cells to protect the host from the attack of bacteria and viruses. There are different types of antibodies present in our body- IgA, IgD, IgE, IgM, IgG. Hope this helps!
