Parthenocarpy and apomixis are somewhat same as both of these phenomenon occur without fertilization. The difference between the two is that inparthenocarpy, fruit is formed without fertilization, and in apomixis seed is formed without fertilization. apomixismeans seed production with embryo ofsporophytic cell.

1.Parthenocarpy and apomixis are somewhat same as both of these phenomenon occur without fertilization. The difference between the two is that in parthenocarpy, fruit is formed without fertilization, and in apomixis seed is formed without fertilization. apomixis means seed production with embryo of sporophytic cell.
2.Apomixis. While parthenocarpy is the formation of fruit without fertilization, apomixis is the formation of seeds without fertilization. ... The subsequent steps include cell divisions and fertilization. But, in this case, there is no meiotic division and fertilization of the gametes to form a zygote.
I hope this may help you.
