atom is the smallest particle of element which can be broken into the three part proton neutron electron

molecule is the combination of atom it is not a single atom

an element is a pure form of matter made up of same kind of atom

Atom→An  atom is the smallest object that retains the properties of an element. Atoms are composed of electrons and a nucleus. The nucleus contains protons and neutrons.

Molecule →A molecule is the smallest particle in a chemical element or compound that has the chemical properties of that element or compound. Molecules are made up of atoms that are held together by chemical bonds.

Element →A substance that cannot be broken down into simpler substances by chemical means. An element is composed of atoms that have the same atomic number, that is, each atom has the same number of protons in its nucleus as all other atoms of that element.

Compounds→In chemistry, a compound is a substance that results from a combination of two or more different chemical element s, in such a way that the atom s of the different elements are held together by chemical bonds that are difficult to break.

hope it helps you
