AUTONOMIC NERVOUS SYSTEM
Autonomic nervous system is the part of the nervous system responsible for control of the bodily functions not consciously directed, such as breathing, the heartbeat, and digestive processes.
1. It does not require the involvement of brain. It is controlled by spinal cord.
2. It is very fast.
3. It mainly works on Involuntary actions.
4. Such as sneezing, blinking of eye when any foreign particles enter the eye, withdrawal of hand when it comes in contact with any hot object.

NERVOUS SYSTEM
Nervous system is the network of nerve cells and fibres which transmits nerve impulses between parts of the body. The nervous system detects environmental changes that impact the body, then works in tandem with the endocrine system to respond to such events.
1.It involves brain.
2. It controls our body function and endocrine system.
3. It is concerned with various organs of body.
