Autotrophic Mode Of Nutrition:

  • In Autotrophic mode of nutrition the food is prepared by the organism itself.

  • As it makes its food itself it does not depend on other organism to get its food or nutrition.

  • Example of organisms that follow Autotrophic mode of nutrition iare Green Plants and Blue Green Algae etc.

Heterotrophic  Mode Of Nutrition:

  • The food prepared is not made by the organism itself.

  • Organisms following the Heterotrophic mode of nutrition depend upon on other organisms for their food or nutrition.
