What is the difference between AV valve and semilunar valve?

auriculo ventricular valve is present between auricle n ventricles whereas semilunar valves are present between the starting of  both the aorta n pulmonary artery and ventricles .

AV valve ,ie, auricle ventricle valve is found in the space between the auricle and ventricle and semilunar valve is found in the space between right ventricle and pulmonary artery , and also between left ventricle and aorta
