what is the difference between axon and dendrite

axom is the only the one longest part of the nerve cells.
dendrite are the hairy like structure have many branches around the nucleus body.

Difference between Axon and Dendrites. ... Dendrites transmit impulses from synapses to the cell body. Axon is long process which develops from a conical prolongation of cyton called axon hillock. Cytoplasm of axon called axoplasm.
