What is the difference between BC and OBC. can a BC caste apply as OBC?? HELP ME OUT AS UNABLE TO APPLY FOR JOBS

They're one and same thing. Yes, you can apply.
There is only option as OBC in forms for jobs which I prefer whereas my caste certificate seems to be as only BC.

She means BC is Before Christ i.e. like 500 century BC
