Being punished means getting what you deserve for an unknown mistake done by you.Getting discriminated means getting separated from others under a basis like racial basis ,gender basis etc.By this we can say ambedkar is getting descriminated

Answer:

1) Being punished for a mistake is justified. Mistake is something that a person does deliberately or non intentionally.

2) Punishing an individual for that would make a person better and the chances of repeating the same mistake gets reduced.

3) Being discriminated against cast , creed, race or sexual orientation is totally unjustified and uncalled for.

4) Belonging to a cast, creed , race is not in someone's had and every person deserves a better life and respect irrespective of their background.

5) Discrimination is a kind of bully and a mental torture and is a serious offence.

6) Dr B.R Ambedkar belonged to a Dalit family and was discriminated in every stages of his life because of his background.

7) It was not a mistake but still he was punished on more serious ground as discrimination is a form of punishment and mental torture.
