Cleverness means the ability of a person to use the resources present efficiently (sometimes crossing the moral line). Clever people are generally portrayed in a slight negative shade because these utilisations are generally directed towards achieving a personal goal of that person.
Wisdom mean the ability to make sound judgements based on experience and Intelligence. A lot of times,wisdom has to do with morals than with our day to day life.
