Blood is pumped throughout the body by the heart, but the lymph is moved along through the normal function of the body.Blood contains red bloodcells, white blood cells and platelets. Lymph is a whitish and clear liquid.

blood is a red fluid tissue where as lymph is a colourless fluid tissue.blood has haemoglobin.and lymph lacks haemoglobin.blood flow is rapid and lymph flow is slow blood consists of plasma, erythrocytes, leucocytes and platelets.whereas lymph consists of plasma and leucocytes only
