Explanation:

lood has RBC's, WBC's, platelets and a fluid called plasma. Whereas lymph has WBC's and watery fluid. They both have immune and also circulatory functions in them. One of the major differences between them is that blood flows through blood vessels and lymph through lymphatic vessels.
