Evaporation is gradual vaporisation of any liquid on any surface naturally, but boiling is rapid vaporisation of any liquid only when heated, not naturally.

Answer:

EVAPORATION:

• Evaporation is a process that takes place spontaneously (instantly) at all temperatures.

• It takes place only at the surface of the liquid.

• It doesn't take place in the form of bubbles.

BOILING:

•Boiling takes place only at different temperatures at which vapour pressure of the liquid is equal to atmospheric pressure.

• It takes place even below the surface of the liquid.

• It takes place in the form of bubbles.
