What is the difference between bone and cartilage?

bone is the hard porous tissue and cartilage is a soft porous tissue
bone has no supply of vessels whereas cartilage has good supply of blood vessels.

⭕CARTILAGE:

➡️ Matrix is composed of firm but flexible material called chondrin.

➡️ Matrix is impregnated with calcium salt only in calcified cartilage.

➡️ Matrix occurs in homogeneous mass.

➡️ Matrix may contain fibres which may or may not be distinguishable.

➡️ Chondrocytes are oval and devoid of process.
