In BUDDING bulb like projection appear on the parent body which later devolpes into daughter cells .The buds detach from the parent body upon maturation.

In BINARY FISSION the parent cell split into two daughter cells. The cytoplasm of the parent cell starts splitting followed by the division of nucleus.
