In budding a bud is formed on the surface of the plant. The best example is potato. In potato you can see buds and also in ginger.
In spore formation spores are formed which are then released when they become mature. If you keep a price of bread in a moist place you will notice some fungi. They reproduce by spore formation.

in this process, the organisms grow and multiple every hour if sufficient nutrients are available.
••spore formation :--
spore are asexual reproductive cell covered by a hard protective covering, they are released when they mature.
