Celcius Measurement is relative because the thermometer made by the scientist named celcius was relative with water but after some years a scientist named kelvin figured out that the celcius Measurement can not be right for the law of Charles that temperature is propotional to volume so therefore he gave kelvin Measurement which was not relative and right with the law of charles

K=℃+273.15
