In caocl2 2 is just with chlorine that means there are 2 atoms of chlorine while ca(ocl) 2 indicates that there are 2 atoms of both oxygen and chlorine

Answer:

There is no different between both. Both are bleaching powder.

But in ca(ocl)2 there is one more oxygen atom.
