here's the answer.... ..
I don't see any difference between the two forms except the spelling. Centeris commonly regarded as an American spelling, whereas in Britain, people tend to spell it as centre. This is similar to some words like meter and metre, color and colour, etc. The spelling centre is standard in UK English.

There is no difference. The British spell it "centre" and the Americans spell it "center"
{ Some people do make distinctions between the words. For instance, some prefer to treat center as the word for a place or institution
Ex: Essential English Coaching Center.
centre as the word for the middle point of something.
Ex: Mark the centre of this circle.}
