centrosome is found only in an animal cell is a clear of cytoplasm close to nucleus from which spindle fibres develop during cell division. The centrosome contains 2 centrioles which are short bundles of microfilaments arranged at right angles to each during cell division the chromatin fibres become thick and ribbon like. These fibres are then called chromsomes.
