fishes = heart is 2 chambered oxygenated and deoxygenated blood are mixed pumped to the gills from where oxygenated blood is circulated

Amphibians= 3 chambered heart again oxygenated and deoxygenated blood are mixed

Mammals= 4 chambered heart

there is no mixing of oxygenated and deoxygenated blood
