Circumference is the curved border of circle. The perimeter of a circle is circumference. As it is curved we call it CIRCUMference.
Circumference = 2πr (r is radius)
Perimeter on the other hand is the border of any two dimensional shape. So, the circumference of circle is a TYPE OF PERIMETER.
