what is the difference between clinical and laboratory thermometer?

Clinical thermometer- It is used for measuring body temperature. Kink is present. It's range is from 35°C to 42°C.It can not be used in meassuring temperature of solutions.
Laboratory thermometer -It is used for measuring temperature of different solution and chemicals in a laboratory. Kink is absent . It range is from -10°C to 110°C.It Can not be use in measuring body temperature.

Clinical thermometers are generally known as doctor's thermometer. They uses mercury in it. Whereas in laboratory thermometer alcohol is used. It is highly sensitive. The scale of both the thermometers differs from each other
