what is the difference between concave and convex mirror....

The reflecting surface of the concave mirror is bulged inwards.But the reflecting surface of the convex mirror is bulged outwards.

Concave mirror produces real and inverted images ;but the convex mirror always produces virtual & erect images♥

1.it is also known as converging mirror.

2.all the light rays touching concave mirror will intersect at a point known as focal length(f)

3.ex : shaving mirror ,telescopes etc.

convex mirror:

1. it is known as diverging mirror.

2. all the light rays touching convex mirror will diverges

3.ex: sunglasses, rear view of vehicles
