conduction: particles vibrate about their mean position to transfer energy but no displacement of any qny kind.ex - heat transfer in solids.

Conversion: not a form of transfer of energy

Conduction means it make something through it . Example:iron can conduct electricity ,so it is conduction
conversion means it form change.
example:if heat can be change into another energy then it is said to be conversion
