example of Cofficient
2xyz where 2 is the cofficient of xyz.
The numerical no. multiplied to an alphabetic letter is called cofficient.

Constant is the alphabetic letter.
Like in above example xyz are constant.
Constant do not have a fixed number of value as according to question there value kept on changing.

constant the term in mathematics which means value of this term is fix .
Example :- 1,8,4,9.......etc

__ coefficient __

in mathematical equation a coefficients constant by which a variable is multiplied. Consider the following equations :-

4x2y2 – 5xy2 + 6x2y + 3.

Coefficient of x2y2 = 4

Coefficient of xy2 = – 5

Coefficient of x2y = 6
