what is the difference between Consumer Protection Council and consumer court​

Consumer protection council has not any legal right and is a voluntary organization. Consumer courts are three tier quasi-judicial machinery set up for redressed of consumer disputes.

Consumer protection council:-

1.It is a non government organization.

2.It spreads awareness among common people.

3.Helps a consumer to file a case in the court.

4.It represents individual in the court.

5.It helps to get justice to one who is exploited.

Consumer courts:-

1.It is a government organization.

2.It has three levels:- district, state and national level.

3.It doesn't guides consumer but only takes decisions.
