Answer:Continuous resources are those which we can get continuously and easily. For example wind and solar energy resources.On the other hand, Flow resources are in the liquid form which can be used as a form of energy. For example, water.

biology renewable resources are those resources which are renewed timely but carelessness of usage of such resources can lead to its depletion. They are also renewed timely but usage of such resources without any limits can cause depletion

eg-forests, animals etc
