What is the difference between cooking fish in Goa and in Kashmir

The water in the Goa (a coastal region) is more salty and the fishes feed on the organisms growing in the ocean ecosystem. Thus, the taste of the fishes changes obviously and the cooking style of both the region will change considerably because Kashmir is in Northern side of India and Goa is in Southern side of India
