Data analysis, also known as analysis of data or data analytics, is a process of inspecting, cleansing, transforming, and modelling data with the goal of discovering useful information, suggesting conclusions, and supporting decision-making.

Field Data Collection is about collecting the accurate data and data analysis is about analysing that data and come to a solution.

Data collection involves:

• Developing research questions and linking them to study designs

• Searching for relevant sources

• Getting authentic data

• Collecting data with the help of mobile software to avoid any error

Data analysis involves:

• Right data or not for answering your question

• Drawing accurate conclusions from that data

• Informing your decision-making process

These processes can be better conducted with the help of a mobile, so Mobile Data Collection and mobile data analysis is always considered to be more accurate and perfect.

Some methods of data collection include; interviews, questionnaires, surveys, focus groups, document research and direct observation.

Now when you decide to analyse the data, measure the variables involved and arrive at a reasonable hypothesis, then you can be said to have dome some measure of data analysis.

Data analysis, is regarded as the process of inspecting, cleaning, and transforming the data obtained. Data analysts do this with the goal of discovering useful information and suggesting probable conclusions, and supporting decision-making.

Basically, Data analysis involves going the extra mile to ensure that the collected data is useful to the stakeholders.

Some methods used in analysing data include; predictive analysis, in-document analysis, data discovery and visualization, natural language generation, text and sentiment analysis, enterprise search and location analytics.
