Hi friend, Here's the required answer:-
An encoder converts or changes the format of information from one form to another for improving the speed and accuracy while transmitting for keeping information securely.
While a decoder performs the opposite functions of an encoder, reversing the encoding process making, converting the information to its previous format or other accessable formats.
