In democratic elections people are equally treated and have equal rights to vote .
Not matter who is voting it only matters that the one person should be treated with only one vote.
And in undemocratic elections people don't have an equal right someone vote is calculated as 1 and someone half of 1 i.e. 1/2 .
Men and women don't have an equal right .
Example can be taken from Saudi Arabia where Men's vote is calculated as 1 and women as 1/2 ( half ). This means that 1 men os equal to 2 women.
HOPE THIS WILL HELP YOU.
