Difference between desirable and undesirable person were as follow:
1. Desirable person should be of German Aryan race and should be blond. Those who were of mixed race and races other than German Aryan race were considered as undesirable.
2. Those who were physically and mentally fit were also considered as desirable and those who were not physically and mentally fit were considered as undesirable.

desirables were the Germans who had blue eyes, blonde hair and were physically strong and capable. The german kids were allowed to continue going to school under the nazis where they taught them to hate Jews and worship Hitler.
undesirables were Jews and physically handicapped gypsies. The kids were removed from schools and killed in the gas chambers. And the teachers who seemed politically unreliable were also dismissed.
