We have four blood groups.

A, B, AB and O.

These blood groups are controlled by gene I.

This gene I has 3 alleles

IA , IB and i. In this i does not produce any sugar while IA and IB produce different sugar.

The person having blood group A either has IAIA allele or IA i ( IA is dominant over i) alleles.

Blood group B :- IBIB OR IBi

BLOOD GROUP AB :- IAIB both in it.

here A and B represent themselves individually.

universal recipient.

Blood group O :- ii combination of alles.

Universal donor.

hope this will help you.
