The digestive enzyme can be said as a biological catalyst which are responsible for the breakdown of molecules into simpler forms.eg.Lipases, Nucleases.
Digestive juices can be said as the aggregation of digestive enzymes.eg.Pancreatic Juice (contain trypsinogen, chymotrypsinogen etc.)
Hormones are those chemicals which trigger any action, eg.Gastrin which it stimulates parietal cells to produce hydrochloric acid and Intrinsic factor (IF).
