what is the difference between disguised unemployment and seasonal unemployment
Answers
Answer:
Disguised Unemployment (i) In case of disguised unemployment, people appear to be employed but are actually not employed. ... Seasonal Unemployment (i) Seasonal unemployment happens when people are not able to find jobs during some months of the year.
Disguised unemployment: It appears when more number of people get engaged in one particular job than required.
eg. Just imagine there is a job which divides a particular amount of money to the number of workers as their salary. The job needs 5 people. That means each workers will get 1000/- . If 5 more people that are actually not required engage in the job the work may get completed fast but the problem is that each worker will be getting a reduced salary. i.e. each workers will get 500/- .
seasonal unemployment : If a worker get job only in some periods/months of a year, this situation is termed as seasonal unemployment
