Displacement reaction

The reaction in which one element displaces another coumpound.

2AgNo3+Cu_______Cu (No3)2+2Ag

Hi
Here is your answer

Displacement reaction:The reaction in which the more reactive metal displaced the less reactive metal from its compound is known as displacement reaction. This displacement happens due to different reactivity of metals.
Eg: Fe+CuSO4 ➡️FeSO4 +Cu

Double displacement reaction:The reaction in which the change in the place of the metal happens twice and formation of an insoluble precipitate as one of the products happens is known as double displacement reaction .
Eg:Na2SO4 +BaCl2 ➡️Nacl+BaSO4

Thank you
