what is the difference between distilled water and pure water

pure water means purifyed water in the means of manual ways of filtration such as filtration with filter paper etc..

distilled water means water purified by scientific methods...such as RO treating.

Distilled water is water went through a process of distillation which separates its impurities...In general sense distillation is same as purification.Distilled water is adding pure substances to make it more purer .Whereas, purification can also mean removal of certain substances(impurities)off water.Thus,basic concept is same for both but process differs in above conditions.
