What is the difference between DNA and RNA?

Main difference is deoxy means one oxygen less.
So DNA has one less oxygen than RNA

DNA is a long polymer with deoxiriboses and phosphate backbone having four different nitrogenous bases : adenine, guanine , cytosine and thymine . it's function it is actually to pass the genetic information from parents to offspring .

RNA is a polymer with ribose and phosphate backbone four different nitrogenous bases : adenine, guanine, cytosine and uracil .these deliver amino acids to the ribosomes.
