Hey mate!!!

Cold Storage means - storing food materials in a cold environment like a refrigerator. Most of the frozen foods, meat, seafood, etc. need to e stored in a cooler place so that they do not rot and can be preserved for a longer time. Such kind of storage where the food is stored for protection in cold rooms like refrigerators, modular cold rooms, etc. is called as Cold Storage.

Dry Storage means - storing food materials in a place that is dry. It does not necessarily be cold, it can be at normal room temperature too, provided there is no humidity and moisture around. Although most of the dry storage conditions occur during transportation, the shelf life of food stored under dry conditions vary. For example, vegetables like tomatoes stored under dry-conditions have less shelf life than the potatoes stored in dry conditions.
