E cell means electrode potential of a cell.

E0 cell means standard electrode potential means electrode potential measured at 1 atmosphere pressure, 1 molar solution at 25° C.

Hope it's helpful to you.

All the best.

Explanation:

In a half cell, when concentration of all the involved species is unity, that is, concentration is one molar at temperature 298 K then in these conditions the electrode potential formed is known as standard electrode potential (E^{o}_{cell})..

Whereas when concentration is other than 1 molar and temperature is also other than 298 K then the electrode potential formed is known as normal electrode potential (E_{cell}).
