What is the difference between election in mexico and election in China?

Election in Mexico: The candidate should earn maximum number of votes to become the President. To receive an absolute majority is not necessary.

Election in China: It is based on a hierarchical electoral system.  The local people’s Congresses are elected by the people directly. All other higher administrative levels are elected by the member of people’s Congress of the level immediately below.
